In this class we will focus on winemaking from the end of fermentation to bottling
We will examine which wines require maturation and discuss the changes that take place with time. We will taste a range of wines which include: Champagne, White Burgundy, German Riesling, Bordeaux, Barolo, Brunello di Montacino, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and Port.
