Caroline will present a range of Champagnes that highlight the new approaches to making wine from this iconic region of France. This tasting will examine different approaches to grapes/blends, oak aging of base wines, malolactic conversion, dosage levels, and aging on the lees (yeast).

Participants my choose to attend in person at the Capital Wine School or online via Zoom. Online participants may pick their samples up at the Capital Wine School between 12pm – 5pm on December 7, or may request shipping for an additional fee.
