Join Claudia Chamberlain for a tasting of 8 bourbons and a fascinating look at the history of this spirit. Bourbon is increasingly in the spotlight, and we will explore moments throughout history that led to its popularity today. We will taste through different bourbons and whiskeys while discussing the magic of the mashbill, the role of rickhouses and ageing processes, and some of the prominent figures in bourbon history.

This class will be taught on Zoom, with bourbon samples available for curbside pickup by appointment on Friday, October 14 between 12pm – 5pm.
