Not all wines get better with age. Only a select group of wines gain the desired complexity and character resulting from years in the bottle. In this epic tasting we will taste wines from regions such as the Bordeaux, Burgundy, Germany, Rhone, Piemonte, Tuscany, and California. We will discuss the factors that allow them to age and develop complex aromas and flavors.
