Time in a Bottle: A Tasting of 12 Mature Wines with Jay Youmans MW

1 1/2 hours – $95

Not all wines get better with age. Only a select group of wines gain the desired complexity and character resulting from years in the bottle. In this tasting we will taste 12 wines from Loire, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Germany, Rhone, Piemonte, Tuscany, Rioja, and California. We will discuss the factors that allow them to age and develop complex aromas and flavors.

This class is taught online via Zoom, with wine samples available for curbside pickup by appointment on Thursday, April 28 between 12pm – 5pm.
