The Wines of Portugal with Kasia White DipWSET – In Person

Join Kasia White DipWSET, Certified Educator of the Wines of Portugal, on a wine tour of southern and central Portugal. We’ll discuss some of the 250 native grape varieties and all their synonyms from around the country. You may have heard of a few of them, like Alvarinho and Touriga Nacional, but we’ll go further and explore some lesser known ones like Arinto, Castelao and Trincadeira. By the time we’re finished, your understanding of wines from this beautiful country will be broader, and you’ll have some new favorite wines to seek out.

The tasting lineup will be announced closer to the event, once final selections are confirmed.

This class will be held in person at the Capital Wine School. Please note that the building in which we are located does not have an elevator, and there are several sets of stairs to navigate to get to our classrooms on the second floor.

To ensure a quality experience for all participants, each class or course requires a minimum number of registrations. If this minimum is not met, we may need to cancel the session. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund.
