The New Wines of France with Jay Youmans MW – In Person or Online

4 week course, $595

Join Master of Wine Jay Youmans as we explore France’s most important regions and wines. We will examine the benchmark producers, as well as the new generation of winemakers that are redefining quality.  We will taste 42 wines over the four weeks.

Class #1, January 23: Champagne, Beaujolais, Alsace
Class #2, January 30: Burgundy, Loire
Class #3, February 6: Rhone Valley, Languedoc-Rousillion & Provence
Class #4, February 20: Bordeaux, Southwest France

Participants may choose to attend in person at the Capital Wine School or online via Zoom. Online participants may pick their samples up at the Capital Wine School on January 22 between 12pm – 5pm or may request shipping for an additional fee:

Important: All registrations for virtual participation, and any requests for shipping of wine samples, must be received at least 7 days prior to the first class.
