1 1/2 hours, $85

Join Claudia Chamberlain for an exploration of gins from around the world. We will cover the intricate history of gin, different production methods, the role of botanicals and classic gin cocktails. The kit will include samples of 8 gins and a bottle of tonic to pair. If you’d like to make other gin cocktails, please have ingredients on hand to do so.

This class will be taught on Zoom, with gin samples available for curbside pickup by appointment on Thursday, August 25 between 12pm – 5pm.
