Syrah, also known as Shiraz, is most famously grown in the Northern Rhone region of France and in Australia, but is also widely planted and produced in other parts of the world to include Chile, South Africa, New Zealand and Washington State.Join Claudia Chamberlain, DipWSET, for a tasting of Syrah from around the World.

Participants my choose to attend in person at the Capital Wine School or online via Zoom. Online participants may pick their samples up at the Capital Wine School between 12pm – 5pm on December 12, or may request shipping for an additional fee.

Important: Any requests for shipping must be received at least 7 days prior to class, and all registrations for virtual attendance must be received by close of business the Monday prior to the class.

To ensure a quality experience for all participants, each class or course requires a minimum number of registrations. If this minimum is not met, we may need to cancel the session. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund.
