Chardonnay is the ultimate shape-shifter: from lean and mineral to rich and creamy, few grapes offer such a wide stylistic range. This class takes a global tour through key Chardonnay regions to explore how site, winemaking, and climate impact expression. We’ll compare iconic Old World styles like Chablis and Côte de Beaune with standout New World examples from California, Oregon, Australia, and beyond. Whether you’re a longtime Chardonnay lover or a curious skeptic, this tasting offers something to surprise and delight every palate.
