(1) The Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) program covers basic wine chemistry, viticulture, winemaking, wine service, and the major wine producing regions of the world. To earn the CSW title you must pass a one-hour exam consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions. This course will prepare you for the CSW exam.

Future dates for the CWE course are TBD.
