Tasting the First Growth Wines of the 1855 Classification in Bordeaux, France with Jay Youmans MW

Join Jay Youmans MW for a rare opportunity to taste the all of the ‘First Growth’ red wines of Bordeaux. In addition, we will taste the only Premier Cru Superieur from the 1855 Classification.

We will taste and discuss:

2005 Chateau Latour
2015 Chateau Lafite Rothschild
2014 Chateau Margaux
2015 Chateau Haut-Brion
2015 Chateau Mouton-Rothschild
2010 Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes.

The tasting will be done virtually, but you will pick up your ‘First Growth kit’ complete with 1oz bottles with all six wines, wine list, and booklet on the wines of Bordeaux curbside by appointment at the Capital Wine School on September 24 between 12pm – 5pm.
