And yet, every year I encounter a few sparklers that are so stunningly delicious that I know they’d cause sleepless nights in Champagne…if winemakers there were to taste them blind against their own wines.  That’s exactly what we’ll do in this blind tasting showdown:  Face off six superb Champagnes against six elite challengers from elsewhere in the world, including wines from Italy, Spain, the United States and beyond.
