New Zealand has become justly famous for Sauvignon Blanc, but is now excelling with Pinot Noir, Riesling, Syrah. Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.  As for Australia, it had steadily built a reputation as the world’s most dynamic and innovative wine source.  But in a tragic twist of fate stretching back a decade, the mass market success of Yellow Tail saddled the entire industry with a reputation for being cheap, undermining worldwide demand for its boutique bottlings.  In addition to featuring rising stars from New Zealand, this class will highlight the enduring greatness of Australian wine—both white and red—with a selection of iconic examples.

PLEASE NOTE: You may register and pay for multiple attendees. However, if the class is near capacity, the system will only permit you to register and pay for as many seats as remain available. If you wish to register more attendees than this page is permitting, please note that there are not enough seats remaining to accommodate your entire party. Please email info@capitalwineschool.com if you have any questions.
